What do you own?

This past July, I embarked on a new venture with two incredible women, Michelle and Angie. Together, we launched The CSR Academy—a collaboration I've long dreamed of. These women, now my business partners, are friends I've admired for years. I'm beyond grateful that we've found a way to join forces and pursue something greater together.

What makes our partnership special is that we each have our own individual businesses and full time jobs, yet we knew that by combining our strengths, we could create something even more impactful. Together, we aim to make a meaningful difference in the world through masterclasses focused in the Home Services Industry—HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, Windows, and more.

First and foremost, we all have a strong belief in God and wanted to keep that as our focus during the creation of this company. Secondly, our mission and vision compliments so much what we are already doing in our existing, full time jobs.

Just a little peek at our companies!

Starting a business first with my husband, Geovanny, and now with Michelle and Angie, has taught me so much about the process of ownership. It’s empowering, rewarding, and a constant learning experience. From establishing an LLC, setting up business accounts, and designing products, to the endless RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH—it’s been a whirlwind, but I’m owning it all.

There has been so much to learn and do. And with that never ending to-do list comes some stress for sure. But I'm owning it. It's something I'm creating. Something that is mine. I am learning so much, and I hope in the process, becoming so much more too.

Along with owning a business, I also take pride in owning other things in my life. I own being a mother and absolutely love the gift and blessing of raising my little girl. She is of course, the inspiration for most of my stories 🙂

I love owning this newsletter and the opportunity to write.

I own the things that I am asked to do- like serving in church, speaking at conferences, planning activities, showing up strong to my full-time job and fulfilling my responsibilities, and so much more!

That’s why I created a journal—to help me reflect on what I’ve accomplished and remind myself that I am doing enough. It’s easy to feel like we’re falling short, but when we reflect on what we’ve achieved, we realize how much we've truly accomplished.

I love the process of ownership because we put so much more into what we are doing.

Moral of the Story: No matter what you do—whether you're running a business, caring for your family, serving your community, or simply helping out a neighbor—take pride in it. Ownership is empowering. By recognizing your accomplishments, you give yourself evidence of your capabilities, and that builds confidence and abundance in your life.

Action Step: This week, write down three things you’ve taken ownership of. Celebrate them. You’ll be amazed at how far you’ve come.

Thanks for reading! Until next time
